DIY Fall Wreath

A wreath is perfect to show that you’re embracing the fall season. It’s easy to make and install without leaving any damage or residue on your door.

Items You Will Need

  • Pinecones
  • Leaves and flowers of your choice
  • Hot glue gun
  • Hot glue
  • Gumballs
  • A wreath base

First, you can purchase a wreath base for cheap at a thrift store or art supplies store. You can pick up real leaves, flowers, pinecones, and gumballs around your neighborhood, or you can find them at the same craft stores as your wreath. First, glue leaves to the wreath and spread the other items around the wreath.

As a tip, arrange the items where you’d like them before gluing and taking a picture. This way, you can have everything in the right place before committing. Find a detailed guide on creating a perfect fall wreath here.

Pumpkin Centerpiece Out of Rope

This DIY trend is cute, quick, and easy. It can be used as the centerpiece of your dining room table or a pretty accent for your coffee table.

Items You Will Need

  • 10″ dried bamboo stake
  • Twisted manila or jute rope
  • Floral wire
  • Dinner plate
  • Hot glue gun
  • Hot glue
  • Farmhouse ribbon
  • Scissors

First, you will want to attack the bamboo sticks together and unfurl the rope. Coil the rope in a circular shape eight times before cutting off the end with scissors. Secure the rope ends with the floral wires. Use the floral wire again to secure the rope coil to the bamboo sticks and repeat. Once all of the ropes are secured in the center to the bamboo, glue a rope around the center to keep all of it together. Then tie a bow and attach it to the top of your masterpiece with hot glue.
